Excellent hotel with wonderful friendly staff

Terribly managed hotel
Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsFree airport shuttle didn’t show up. I waited 25 mins. The hotel is a 2-min drive from airport. When I arrived, the managed challenged me that the driver was there. When I checked out, the manager short-changed me $1 until I pointed it out. I had to check out one day early because of re-scheduled flight. Manager didn’t even offer to call me a taxi. To hotel owners: find a better manager!

Nice, modern hotel less than 1km from Ouagadougou airport. Despite delayed arrival, hotel staff sent shuttle at 2am to pick me up. Rooms are spacious and clean. The gym might be the nicest hotel gym in west africa. Highly recommend!

Sonia Hotel - it was better than average

A no-no for Solo Female traveller
Posted 2 Jul 2021 on HotelsSonia hotel was full of false advertisement on your site. Room water, Toiletries provided once. No kettke or iron What was calked a DELUXE room was actually a standard. On a main street with no suitable parking. Will definitely not go back or recommend to guests who understand value for money and quality.
