It sucked my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary we wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it didn’t work the ice mechine didn’t worry no extra paper in the bathroom it sucked we were very unhappy with the hotel

I have been renting at this hotel for more than a week and I had never asked for my room to be cleaned and yesterday when I went to check in early at 8am and asked them to please clean it, the man told me that they were very busy, when I arrived at 3 in the morning afternoon they never came by my room they never cleaned it, however all the ones that are vacating could clean it but mine is not ridiculous what they did apart from at 9 in the morning we had to run because the alarm went off in the morning we were able to sleep afterwards , very disenchanted

Check in was quick. Joe was friendly to work with. Ice machine was not working but the front desk had been making small bags of ice to hand out as needed. 👍👍
