The hotel is well maintained, convenient to local sites, and the staff very pleasant and professional. Parking was very expensive and a little tricky to navigate. There is no breakfast included in the cost, but several nearby alternatives.

Beautiful section of Baltimore, amid the Inner Harbor & walking distance to the ballpark. Very friendly staff & extremely clean rooms. It was a beautiful weekend stay.

We stayed in a Suite in June. And set the thermostat to 65° upon getting there at 5pm. At midnight the temperature was 75°. The reservation was during Fleet Week and it was $974. For that price I expected the A/C to work. Even with a floor fan I can’t travel without, I was still sweating after a shower. We left at midnight. And I was promised to not be charged for the room due to the A/C not working. We’ll see if the charge disappears from my pending withdrawals. Hotel is dated but the front desk agent was extremely helpful and prompt.

They have a great gym/pool area. Front rooms have a great view. Staff was very helpful.

The Hospitality was amazing from start to finish Ms.Michelle at the front desk and Mr. Tony in Valet then the Hotel Manger was all AMAZING they each handled me and my sisters with so much care as we were preparing for her Wedding..
