If you get a end room you will get lots of morning light really early due to having two sets of windows. The adjoining door next door made for noise travel which was annoying up till 12.30am. The room was also at the elevator entry, noise again! The girl group visiting my neighbor at 11.40pm had to be told to move along by myself as they made loud conversation right at the door next to mine. The room was nicely set out but the bath tub surround could do with a deep clean. The bed pillows where nice when sitting but not so to sleep on, i prefer a flatter one. The TV was on a side wall and was awkward to watch from the bed. The breakfast area was in the basement, a bit tight for seating but had plenty of food. I would stay again but know to make sure my room had better placement.

Second time staying here. Fast check-in and check-out. Friendly front desk agents. Hotel is in good and clean condition.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you! I was quite concerned when I pulled up, as it’s quite run down looking, but the inside was modern, and spotless. Super quiet as well!

Great place. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great price.
The area is not great. But that's not their fault. Convenient by mall.
The Breakfast is very limited. But over all its great value and the room was better than most bigger chain hotels.

For the price, a very good value.
Keep in mind that you are removed from the center of Ottawa, but with a couple of malls nearby as well as a few restaurant options, it's very good for the money.
Even the free breakfast was orderly!

The property is too good. Neat and clean. Spacious room. Compliment breakfast was delicious.
