The food at the restaurant (cocote) was really good. I had the duck and veggies. The hotel is situated walking distance of all the major attractions. The city bus tour is recommended, very informative and a great way to take in OTTAWA.

Breakfast service was "extremely" slow; it'd take half an hour after you order food to get anything on the table, and we had to ask many times to simply get coffee. And this happened multiple days back to back during our stay, which made things even more painful.

This is a beautiful and very clean hotel. All the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Love the valet parking perfect for someone who hates parking. Will definetely stay here again.
