My husband and I stayed here during the victoria day long weekend and this felt like a home away from home. The apartments have everything you need, from cookware to dinnerware, and we loved the fact you can do your grocery shopping in the area (Independant and Loblaws within 10 minutes walking) and cook your own meals in the kitchen. Very quiet and safe. Highly recommended 👌

We enjoyed our stay. Furnishings were comfortable. Parking in underground garage was convenient. There is even a car charger for EV in the garage.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area.
What we didn't like:
1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra.
2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry bills for customers that stay more than one day.
3) the showerhead was cheap and fixed to the wall. The water pressure at the location is OK at best (maybe that was due to the showerhead). A hand-held shower head would make showering more enjoyable.
Other than that, this location is a great place to stay if one wants to discover Ottawa central without driving around.

Quiet, family friendly hotel within walking distance to many local attractions. The Museum of Nature was across the street, there was a park two blocks down on Elgin, and lots of restaurants within a two block walk in either direction. The kitchen was well stocked and orderly, the bed was comfy, and we made use of the laundry facility on our floor. The dishwasher was also super handy. The parking garage was a little tight, with lots of spots reserved for staff so was trickier to find a spot later in the evening but we made out ok. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

great location and very easy to get to our room. room is new and lovely. a bit bigger bathroom would have been great - no counter room for toiletries.

Excellent property with 2 bedrooms and a large balcony. It has all the kitchen utensils and very much feels like home. It can be better if the shower is stronger.
