Classic Rooms were ok…carpets dingy and stained. If these carpets are redone the rooms wud be perfect.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in.
Parking garage has limited large vehicle parking. We paid to use the garage but had to park outside as there were no spots left for the truck.
If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own dish soap.

As you may not have been aware, the parking garage next to the hotel is not owned by Les Suites and parking for taller vehicles is limited to the first floor. Great location and the newly renovated rooms were amazing, clean and had everything you needed
Area around is heavily populated with the homeless- overall ok but you do have to be cautious as not all were ok to be around especially at night

Dear Jamie, Thank you for your rating and I’m disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, when the students came back to the hotel to retrieve their luggage, many of them had lost their luggage tickets, which allows our team to ensure the luggage is returned to the rightful owner. Our Front Desk Team was trying to assist them by asking questions about their luggage/bags (i.e. colour, items) and some of the students began to call our Front Desk Agents racist which was very unfortunate.

Quiet and Safe hotel. Floors are card access only! Plenty of parking spaces. Wall plugs for EV available. Clean rooms and clean washrooms! Very friendly staff and budget friendly as well!
