Hotel was in ok shape. Sink drain was broken and sink wouldn’t drain. Grocery store and McDonald’s close by. Easy to get too.

Being accused for smoking in the room and told "no evidence" when we went outside and sat in our car and told them to look at the cameras. We even clean3led the room, all we did was sleep and take a showrr and the only good service was the gentleman when we checked in.

When the housekeepers suspect a room has been smoked in, it must be checked. Unfortunately, it happens often. When there is no evidence of smoking, there is not much we can do. The room had to be deep cleaned and put out of order for several days because of the lingering odor.

TV was not working with other apps. The tub is rusty.

The are advertising breakfast included/free continental breakfast. But when you go the continental breakfast area it is closed and the direct you to the restaurant. The restaurant does have a sad breakfast bar setup but it is 8 dollars to have access to the toast, cereal, yogurt, and a croissants. If you want eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, the is an additional cost and they have to bring it to you. Then they are asking for tips for the service. Not impressed considering in was advertised as a included breakfast at the time of booking.

We do not advertise anywhere that breakfast is included and it has been that way since June of this year. I am sorry that you found the breakfast offered in the attached restaurant underwhelming.
