We are on the road most of the time and therefore we stay in hotels. We always book 5 rooms for our group. We got in around 11:30 and the receptionist was very dis-organize First he only had four rooms and even though I was show him my confirmation for five rooms , this guy was telling me he only had 4 rooms for us . After I showed him our confirmation of our 5 rooms then he said it wasn’t his fault. Finally he gave us five keys for what we thought was going to be for 5 rooms but come to find out he give us the same room twice. It took us a good 45 minutes to get everything sort it out. I felt bad for the clerk because it was obvious he was either not experience or very disorganized . Either or it was not a very pleasant night

The room smelled like someone was smoking in the room as a non smoker found it offensive
