The elevators are some of the worst I’ve seen in hotels. People get so impatient waiting for these elevators they press on up and down buttons and it slows the process even more… I raised a noise complaint at 2am as neighbours were having a party in their room. Had to call front desk again 40 min later as there were no changes. After my 2nd call they still made noise so I put on headphones with music. Staff should be better trained to handle these situations.

It was a decent hotel. Everyone was friendly. There is NO continental breakfast anymore despite what is listed when you book, so be prepared to eat at the bistro in the lobby or go out for food.
