This is a lovely and very special property. The staff is so friendly and helpful (local tips, reservations and late night food and drinks). There are real animals walking free. I recommend staying at least 3 nights here, you will be so relaxed.

Wonderful location, fantastic place and brilliant staff. They looked after us and our 2yr old daughter impeccably. And the food was exceptional. Could not fault it in any way.

Masseria Prosperi is an amazing property outside of Otranto. Enjoying a lovely stay in Mercedes home. A truly unique getaway in Puglia! Can't wait to return

BEST MASSERIA OF PUGLIA

This is a magical place. Extremely hospitable and unique. Mercedes has a beautiful property that has modern and unique facilities, pool, thermal bath and rooms. She has beautiful horses and animals that make the place extra special. Also you must eat dinner here. The chef is the best of Puglia!

Perfectly quaint bed and breakfast

Pros: The style was artful and simple. Two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Everything was very clean.

Location: Amazing beaches very close by.

Great style and ambiance in the rooms. Very private, with only a handful of rooms. Only a few staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We really liked our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay, never wanted to leave. For us as a family the mornings with all the animals and early breakfast was the best. The service, food and everything else was spectacular. A very unique experience.
