"Cannot comment on breakfast since I did not have any. Excellent room and service, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Washer and dryer combo is limited and always in use, alternate laundromats is abut 1km away. Amenities are top however location has limited things to do in the immediate area, not a problem if you’re happy to catch the train here n there."

"Part of a group of hotels from the same chain centred around an Japanese garden. The hotel was modern and very clean and is litterally across the road from the Shingawa station. Very convenient. Biggest complaint ws the glacial pace of the checkin process. Everything was paper based and it took forever to be checked in. On site restaurants were very expensive and better options available within a short walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area"
