I suppose the view was amazing but the tiles at the front of the reception could do with a retile.

Room was great but getting to and from the airport was not straightforward as we arrived and departed at times the shuttle bus was not running, which was virtually anytime later morning or in the afternoon. Not convenient for us.

Staff were accommodating, helpful and professional. The breakfast included in our stay was an all you can eat which included a good variety. Very close to convenient stores and a train station (all within a 5 minute walk or less). Didn’t have a bad thing to say about our stay! I enjoyed the trip and stay here much.

Easy to get to the hotel by taking their shuttle bus.

Great place to stay near Haneda, only two stations away from terminal 3 plus less than 5 min of walk. Staff were super nice and helpful, and room was nice and well equipped. Definitely recommend.
