Breakfast was poor, service provided for room poor, bed and bath. For the period of stay, the bed was never made and the toilets were left outside the door.

Please be assured that we have studied all your valuable comments with the concerned operations departments carefully. Our breakfast is free and it's a Japanese-style bento box. We offer eco-cleaning service to everybody and full cleaning is once every three days. It's written in our hotel explanation paper. If you would like daily cleaning, you need to inform the front desk or need to put the magnet outside of your door. We will work harder on improving our standards and hope to regain your confidence in our hotel and services. We always strive to provide the best service and satisfy our guests.We wish you a pleasant day and look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Needed to stay in an airport hotel the night before our flight. This was a good option, and it also had free airport shuttle.

Lovely and convenient spot to stay for an early morning flight out of Haneda. Not a heap in the area, but the cleanliness, friendly staff, and free shuttle to the airport more than make up for it!

Over all nice hotel. Tokyo size hotel (small) but good. Staff could not speak Japanese that well, and her English was okay. Did not care for the breakfast menu that day but it was nice to have that option. We arrived on Sunday night. Many of the nearby restaurants were closed…
