Good hotel near transportation to city center and beyond

This hotel was incredible for the price. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the area is pleasant and quiet. The Otorii train station is also only a 4 or 5 minute walk. I highly recommend.

Really excellent hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Amenities provided were quite good. Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. One of the slightly larger bathrooms I've experienced in a Japanese hotel. The bath was nice and deep.
Morning breakfast was good and very filling.

Staff was very polite despite the language barrier and went out of their way to help us in any way.

The staff were very friendly and nice to us. The issue we kept facing was the room wasn't cleaned properly when we left for the day. We would often come back to dirty coffee mugs and wet towels. Don't get me wrong, when we told the reception staff about this, they were quick to clean the mugs themselves and give it to us, as they didnt have access to the silverware & utensils so had to clean everything themselves, which we appreciated. But this constantly happened, as we stayed there for a few days. The reception staff were lovely, but the experience of constantly having to ask to clean wasn't worth it.

Nice hotel near Haneda Airport, 3-5 minute walk from subway line, friendly staff...10/10 would recommend

Awesome customer service, neat and tidy establishment and fantastic supply of snacks and travel needs in the foyer! Highly recommended for stays on return flights to airport.

Convenient to the train station and offers free shuttle to the airport. Away from the hustle and bustle of more central locations in Tokyo

Very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Located right next to metro and convenient shuttle to airport. Would go back.
