The staff were friendly and very helpful with luggage, checking in and out and the breakfast was very nice!

Liked being close Haneda. Did not like the lack English instructions on how to operate the television.

近くに神社もあって暇潰しになったし
向かい側にコンビニもあったのが良かったです。
ただチェックインの時、シャトルサービス時間外だと
空港からタクシー利用になります。

The front desk staff were so incredibly helpful they called ahead to verify my next hotel reservations for me and called my cab for me and told me how much the cab trip would cost. Impressed and fair English and very helpful!!!
