Free Shuttle bus to/from Haneda, breakfast included, decent size bedroom, new interior decoration

Ok, but was inattentive in room supplies as only one towel for two people? Also could spurge and provide a simple 50c bottle of water for their guests instead of having to find a local store to buy one. Seems water only available for member guests…what a perk? That said the counter staff and transit bus to/from the airport were excellent, room and hotel on the other hand average at best for the price paid.

Typical Japanese-sized rooms some Westerners may find cramped, but perfect for airport stays with a large bus (not van) to Haneda. Will use again.

The hotel reception was very accommodating. I forgot my hotel key inside my room, and the hotel staff provided me with another key card. The hotel staff also provided me with nail cutters.

My husband's wheelchair has plenty of rooms in the elevator. Very clean room．Linen were fresh and clean. Best location.
