Walkable from nearest train station and convenient to stay for early morning flight. Hotel runs a direct shuttle bus to the main terminals, which we caught. A queue forms in the reception area for the shuttle, we queued up 15 minutes before departure, though it is first come, first serve.
The dinosaurs and robot on the front desk were fun. My daughter loves dinosaurs, so it was a bonus.
The room was fine for our one night stay.

No "real" people around to talk to.On checkin you are instructed to "talk" to a robot.Issues arose when putting in name...as doesn't say surname or full name to be entered.After putting my surname only, it rejected my checkin and needed a "human" to help !!...Not as user friendly as what I expected and thought ??!

We just stayed overnight from international flight going to Sapporo the next day, but i had a comfortable night experience including the breakfast meal. The dining staff were so corteous and polite and very honest. Not knowing that our breakfast was included in our booking we paid for the breakfast and the other staff checked our room number and refunded to us the payment immediately. I am also amzed with the AI Jurassic theme in the reception but staff will assist if needed. Its an experience, japan really has the advanced technology. I recommend this hotel especially for the kids.

A great place if you’re flying out to haneda airport. Literally 5 minute walk to the train station. Quiet and comfy area.

The robot receptionists did not disappoint. The hotel was so affordable that I was concerned that it would be low quality, but the rooms were clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and everything was convenient. Otorii station was nearby with quick travel to Haneda airport, Yokohama, and downtown Tokyo.
