Staff was very friendly. But things were a-miss.. as i guess their washer broke, so we could not get 4 towels for our double room. That some rooms couldn't even be turned over as there wasnt any clean linens to do so. Hopefully they problem solved this from happening in the future. With all that, we will be back, ad it is a great location to our needs.

The room had issues that the very nice clerk tried to resolve and couldn't. TV remotes didn’t work despite new batteries. Room phone was dead and we were told that had been true for the last 20 days. The clerk said she would tell the manager and she would take care of it, but at checking the manager said she couldn't "do anything" for us because we booked through Expedia. Also, the pool is located in the hotel next door, not what we expected. Oh, and the toilet ran continuously. My husband tried to fix it but couldn't.

we had a little get together and used hotel as a home base gs steamers was very accommodating to a party of 15 veterans

Great location from Bridge street and SUNY Oswego. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean

Eveeuthibg was fine. Only issue was some hair found on the bed sheet that wasnt there when i left the room before housekeeping came in.

We stay in the same hotel every year for our fishing trip. Its located close to everything and has a great restaurant called Steamers onsite

I’ve stayed at Clarion Oswego before; always enjoyed my stay there . My dog had to come this trip; surprised the “pet friendly” room was carpeted”. Just an overall “ick” feeling. Requested a room change when I first arrived because room was not clean. Hallways dirty and smelled of smoke. I know staffing is difficult these days, but I pay $200.00 /night to stay there. Also, keys continually had to be reset due to “computer problem” Hoping they improve; great location.
