No beach, no pool and no restaurant. Where was I supposed to eat?
Masseria Refrigerio is not as adverised. I was very isolated and most important - no where to eat. What would you do in my circumstance?

I feel that I cannot trust "Travelocity" in the future.

No WiFi, no breakfast even though included in price, no hot water in morning. Should not open in winter as cold

Quiet, away from everything

Posted 11 Sep 2016 on HotelsEasy to find, right off the exit. We stayed two nights. Some smell of sewage from bathroom, but we could close the door. Proprietor very charming, had helpful suggestion for dinner when the on premise place was closed.

Posted 13 Oct 2015 on HotelsUnfortunately, we were unaware at the time of booking for the 5th October that their restaurant closed in September, that there is no public transport and impossible to find a restaurant or indeed food shops without a car. We therefore had to terminate our four night stay after one night. I will say though that the member of staff who does the run around for them took us to a restaurant and picked us up later that evening, otherwise we would not have eaten at all (especially having done a six hour train journey!). We were very grateful. We are hoping to have a refund as we had to find another hotel so doubly paid!

Dov’ La verità?
Posted 23 Aug 2018Prenotazione effettuata sul sito, ho ricevuto mail di conferma ma presentandoci alle 15 come previsto per il check in, dapprima non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception e dopo attesa e telefonate per richiamare qualcuno della masseria, ci è stato detto che non avevano mai ricevuto la nostra prenotazione, che aspettavano altra gente che aveva telefonato per prenotare e che quindi non avevano camera disponibile. Contatto il proprietario della masseria gentilmente trova per noi una sistemazione in un hotel a 5 km di distanza ma di livello inferiore. Adesso non saprei se l’errore sia convenuto nella comunicazione dall’operatore all’hotel o ci sia furbizia nella gestione delle prenotazioni da parte dell’hOtel , ma solo il mio pensiero positivo ha permesso che tutto ciò non rovinasse il mio week end in questa terra magnifica.

Bella masseria
Posted 3 Jul 2018Struttura esterna molto bella ma la camera assegnatami era un buco, con un bagno trascurato e vecchio nonostante un prezzo oltre 110 euro (in stagione medio-bassa) e non rispondeva alla foto di quello che ho prenotato. Buoni i dolci casalinghi a colazione ma alle 9.00 il buffet era già vuoto.
