It was a very nice experience to stop over here on our way from Sweden to London. They have really made an effort to make it nice: the rooms are fun, the service very nice and the kids loved the pool! We will be back

Funny rooms, arrived at night so did not really check out rest of the hotel. No A/C or fridge was disappointing.

We scored that Casino Room. There were 6 of us and 8 beds layed out like a bunk room, it was hilarious. Big illuminated Casino sign on the wall, we all got a laugh. Have stayed here before and do like it, a bit quirky.

Very average hotel. I wouldn't stay again.

I expected a lot more here. No fridge, no safe, no air con. Only a screen on one window so couldn't open the other and when kids are outside playing they can see straight in your room if you are on the ground floor. No curtains so to close up at night you have to close the wooden shutters which made it so hot. The floor was not very clean and when I tried to put my bags in the corner found cob webs in most. The pool is big but freezing and has a weird slope to it so for kids that can't swim, there is no safe child area. My daughter hated the pool as she kept sliding down and needed one of us to hold her up so we were only in a very short time and since we came for the pool, felt a complete waste. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you basically have to eat there but it was 25 euros for a steak that was overcooked and only came with a tiny salad and a few chips. I ordered the only vegetarian dinner and the pasta was so under done but since it was the only veg option, didn't bother to send it back. All of the above didn't annoy me as much as check in though. My child has autism and whilst I appreciate the rule about masks, every other hotel we were in said it wasn't an issue in the communal areas. Instead here the receptionist insisted my daughter had to wear it and then told us she had to call the police to check there is an exception for autism. My daughter went outside and then kept continually asking if she was going to be arrested.

Outstanding hotel! Great staff, comfortable room, excellent restaurant. Our kids found a little frog swimming in the pool! What a fabulous place, we will be back here for sure
