The parking was good underground and the luggage carts were easy available. Bathroom could use an upgrade and pillows were too soft. We enjoyed the view of the lake from our balcony

Great property, room and facilities were great. However, the food was awful at dinner-soggy with soggy vegetables. Breakfast was really slow as the chef didn’t show up on time. We waited an hour. While staff apologized there was no compensation. $62.50 was way over-priced especially as the croissant was over toasted and rock hard/inedible.

We were a little shocked that breakfast service did not start until 8 as well as the fitness area was not open until then. We are early risers especially on vacation and would definitely like it earlier. Other than that the property was beautiful and the pool was warm ☺️ Kids love it

Our room was very modern, comfortable, and well appointed, with a deck and a nice lake view.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine
But not many dining options around, you have to walk 30 minutes or drive to nearest restaurant
Staff at hotel seemed overwhelmed ut tried their best
Ordered fries to room showed up in 45 minutes!
Every thing was clean and comfortable except the pool needs cleaning during the day never happened
Food at restaurant to me was frozen food from Costco
There was a $64 bar charge on my bill at check out I didn’t order anything!! But they removed it
Overall great place to stay and clean, enjoyed it

We stayed for 2 nights for a mother/daughter weekend and we had an amazing time. We will definitely be back every year
