Not a 3 star more of a budget hotel
Posted 10 Mar 2022 on HotelsWe have stayed at several Campanile hotels over the years,but this hotel is a budget hotel, not 3 star. If we had known we would have stayed at the Ibis Budget just down the road for 30€ less.
There were dead flies in the room.2 single beds instead of a double bed. Thankfully the receptionist was nice and changed our room, although this smelt of onions!
This stay has put me off booking into a campanile in the future.

Posted 2 Feb 2019 on HotelsWalls are thin so you can hear everything from next door. Lady in breakfast are is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Sink was very dirty when i arrive, and was not cleaned during my 3 day stay. Looks like an old Motel, rather than Hotel, so has a cheap feel, even though its not cheap to stay here. Local area lacking in Restaurants (only one Steakhouse), so you need to travel to find something else. Hotel restaurant is very poor - pizza must come from the local Lidl.....

We would like to thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not found our staff helpful, which they usually are. Please note that rooms are cleaned everyday, and the reception stays at your diposal should you find some dirt or any issue in your room.
Our restaurant offers some daily dish, all you eat buffet as well as meal plans, and the pizza definitelity do not come from the Lidl, they are cooked by our chef that you can see you through the reception area!
