Everything was very good. Checking in and checking out easy and fast. Staff in general very attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection, however limited space to store clothing during our stay.

The breakfast was very good. The hallways very dirty, vacuum cleaning was desperately needed. I paid for superior room, one double bed plus double sofa bed suitable for 3 adults or a family of 4. I received standard room with foldaway bed suitable for a child. On my request to correct the room allocation the receptionist explained that hotel doesn’t have rooms with sofa bed and Expedia made a mistake in providing room description. Next day , while room was cleaned, I saw that actually the rooms exists exactly as described by Expedia. My adult son had to endure 3 nights of discomfort. Very disappointing for a hotel that has word Quality in its title.

Breakfast was good at the hotel. However cleanliness left to be desires. Especially on the 3rd floor the carpet on the hallways was not vacuumed.

Food at Brasserie X restaurant for dinner & breakfast were good. Nice views & big room. Friendly and fast check in.
