Loved the hotel and the staff and the coffee and the lounge…the gym needs to be updated. Cool spot, will be back again….

The Zentis Hotel is a nice new property with fairly big rooms (we had the connection suite). It was great for a family because there was enough room to fit 5 plus room for luggage and you also had the bonus of having 2 bathrooms. Robes, slippers and all the sundries you need will be in your room to take care of you in case you forgot anything. Laundry facilities on property were clean. There were 3 dryers and 3 washers for coin use for hotel guests. There was a small gym for exercise too. The hotel offers luggage forwarding and receiving. Make sure you have yen as it is a cash service. The Shin-Umeda station is a close 10-15 minute walk away. Very convenient and very quiet location. The hotel has plenty of outdoor seating and also a full bar on the 2nd floor. If you like the modern feel and like a newer hotel, this is a place for you. We had a great stay. Thank you Zentis!

We had a wonderful stay over 2 nights at Zentis. The location was great, very close to train stations. We had two connected rooms and spaces seemed fairly generous for standard local hotel rooms. Rooms were quite elegant and supplies provided in the room were above our expectations. Service staff were very kind and courteous.

We stayed two nights at Zentis Osaka. Smooth check in and friendly staff. Rooms are modern and have enough space for two people with luggage. Located in walking distance of Osaka airport. Hotel has a good breakfast with vegan option. Nice bar and seating areas. Would stay here again.

The TV options are terrible. Not able to manage two different remote controls especially when they were all in Japanese. Instructions were also not clear or helpful at all
