The hotel is very convenient location. To shopping and transportation all are walkable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I and my family will come back.

Excelent location. Walking distance from everything we wanted to do.
Limitted Breakfast selection but very good.
I would recommend this Hotel

I enjoyed my stay! The staff was excellent and courteous.
The room was very comfortable and the aircon worked great! The shower was wonderful too!
Everything was fantastic, thank you for your great service!

Stayed here 4 nights - was an ideal location and we found it absolutely fine to use as a base whilst we did days trips

Really good location for exploring Osaka for a few days! Basic but comfortable installations, simple but very nice breakfast as long as you like Japanese breakfast and don't expect too many western options. I kind of miss their udon noodles! Reception staff spoke English and helped us forward our luggage to our next destination. There were some construction works going on in the building while we were there, but we didn't hear any noise and didn't have any issues.

Reception staff for check in was mediocre and the room gave us no problems. Definitely couldn’t have stayed for more than 2 nights. Very small rooms, bed situated pretty much next to the entry door. WiFi not good. Liked the in room laundry.
