The best hotel we stayed in during our trip! The hotel was newly built and modern, clean, spacious, quiet, and walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping streets, lots of local restaurants and underground train stations all within 5 to 10 minutes. The laundry was easy to use with English instructions. Staff were kind and respectful. I couldnt recommend this hotel more. We stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Kyoto and Roppongi as well and they were slightly older but still good.

Great room and just a 10min walk to Dotonbori or America-Mura for shopping and eating. Highly recommend!

Compact Japanese hotel room in a quiet street. Close to the subway and underground shopping which was helpful for getting around in poor weather. Lots of nearby dining options. Great selection of amenities and useful onsite laundry. I had no trouble accessing a machine but I did laundry in the middle of the day.

Room was good for 2. Great location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean. Laundry machines located on site, make sure to wake up early to get some laundry done! Walkable distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. Great stay.

Good location for tourism

The view from the room is poor and the window must be closed all the time. However, the amenities are excellent.
