Stayed at this place for 8 nights. RIHGA PLACE HIGOBASHI is in a great location for shoppers because it is between Namba and Umeda. Staffs are nice and able to communicate in English. Room is really clean plus alternative room services everyday to stay at. We could choose services between full services or limited services. We really appreciate our stay at this place.

Over all a good option though the area of town is a business district so not ideal if you are looking for a walkable option to other tourist attractions. It is right next to a subway line though so moving around the city is easy.
Something that could use improving is the washing of the comforters as I found long hairs on mine.

The lack of a place to put one let alone two suitcases is disappointing.

We have been sending our luggage to our next hotel without a problem the whole trip but this hotel doesn’t offer that service. Told us to it ourselves with 7-11. And very rude about it too.

Sold as a double room but 2 people would struggle in this room as it was small even for 1 person. The toilet was so close to the bathroom door you had to step over it to get into the rest of the bathroom. I was on the 11th floor but the outside noise was excessive.
