Amazing place to stay!
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsThis place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating.
The only thing is that the link on the website for direction leads you to the place next door instead of here. The real name of this place is Pier Grace Kozu, despite the booking being for PG Kuromon so be careful about that.

Clean, well priced, solid location - near busy parts of town but not IN a busy part of town.

Very responsive, and nice. The room itself is spacious enough and clean. When we go back again and looking for a cheap but nice hotel, PG kuromon is on my list. Thank you!

Good but... still good
Posted 2 Dec 2019 on HotelsOverall stay is good. Location from Namba station is about 10-15mins walk away. My bad that I cancelled my initial reservation bcoz when I checked back the price dropped so I rebooked my stay for a family of 3 (and I did that twice!). I should’ve guessed the room size shrank accordingly too! My room size was FAR from what I saw on their site! But again, it’s probably my fault on miscommunication.
