The location was good as it's very close to Shin-Imamiya station from where we could take Express Train directly to the airport. The staff was awesomely helpful and friendly.

New Hotel, walking 10 min to Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai

Pros: The hotel beside Shin Imamiya train Station, so very convenience. Room was small but it is budget rate with inclusive of buffet breakfast.
Cons: Suggestion : If buffet Breakfast include of breads and buns, some fried noodles will have 5 star.
New Hotel just officially open in March 2018, walking 10 minutes to Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai market.

道を挟んだ向かい側は、ホームレスが沢山いる「あいりんセンター」です。周辺のコンビニやスーパーでもそのような方を見かけます。私は全く気にならないですけど、苦手な方はこの付近を避けて天王寺や難波のホテルにされた方がいいと思います。
