I love this hotel, walking distance to Osaka Castle and the mall. Excellent staff, good breakfast too.

Convenient location and modern/ sufficient locatio

They say reception closed between 24 - 6 but someone “sleeps” at the back so ok if flight ✈️ delayed. Modern and new with quirky Japanese accessories. Smallish bed 🛌 though for two people. Good location for Osaka castle Convenient for trail/ public transport travelers (Osaka taxis are hellishly expensive)

The property was located in a very convenient area with easy access to a shopping mall with many restaurants, the Castle, and a station. For the price, I was amazed to see such a high quality hotel in such a central area! The hotel room was very clean, with the exception of some dusty areas. And it should be noted that my particular room did not have any windows, though there was adequate lighting throughout. I didn't mind the no windows as I enjoy having a nice dark area to sleep in! If I'm back in the area, I will definitely stay again.

Amazing, but location on Google maps doesn't match with the real location

チェックインの時、フロントの方がとても丁寧に大阪城周辺のことを教えてくれました。 また、女性専用のアメニティグッズにパックが入っているなどちょっとした心遣いが嬉しかったです。

泊まることだけが目的だったので、とてもリーズナブルで満足でした。ゲストグッズが1人分しかなくスタッフさんに伝えたところ、直ぐに用意して貰えました。大阪城ホールに徒歩で行ける距離で、ホテルそばにコンビニあり。また次回もお願いしたいです。

シャワーキャップが部屋にもフロントにもなかったように思います。部屋にマガカップがあればよかったです。
