Dark no window room! Room with locked and heavily shaded window but this was not listed on the booking, literally cannot see anything outside.
Rooms were also very old and poorly equipped! We booked two rooms and were so disappointed.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. It is close to the Osaka Station, Dotonbori street, and smaller train stations. The staff is very friendly, they try to do their best to answer all your questions. The room was smaller than I expected but it was comfortable for two nights for two people.

Hot was in the perfect spot for shopping, eating, and metro.

The hotel felt new and modern and is in a great location for dining and some shopping. Very close to Dotonbori too! The room was quite small including the bathroom area, and the breakfast was just ok, decent amount of options though. I would skip the breakfast if I returned. The laundry room was not good, only 2 machines and 1 had an error code and the other was being used. Eventually the staff fixed the error so we were able to do a load. However, it did not dry the clothes at all and there was no way to extend the drying time. Had to walk to a nearby laundromat to finish drying them. Would have saved us time if we just went to the laundromat in the first place. Also, the hotel is not very close to a subway, about 10 to 15 min walk to the nearest, which isn’t too far but if you have infants and luggage it is a bit far.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I chose it to be close to Dotonbori, but for conscience factors I mentioned, I’d probably find another place.

Good place to stay very close to tourist hotspots. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Lots of extra amenities in the reception area. Would stay again.

Comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast, super convenient for shipping! Metro stop one block away by Gucci store!
