Location was perfect to the castle. Breakfast was nice to have. Included. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Clean and friendly. Walking distance to Osaka palace and McDonald’s and 7-eleven for quick grab since we were traveling with toddlers. They have their own parking garage under the building that was a plus.

Very nice place to stay only negative was the laundry facilities the dry took ages to dry our clothes. Will stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic. Two pillows were provided. But neither were to my liking. Breakfast buffet is a bit on the expensive side but quality was decent and staff were great.
