Polite and helpful staff who speak English. 3 bedroom unit is great for a family, with small kitchen. Some noise outside at night from small courier depot and fire station around the corner, but it wasn't too bad

Room is big but a bit aged. Overall we have a good stay here.

one pillow per person is way too little. also the staff strict rules to follow to the dot foe checkout time is frightening.

The property was a lot more “older and dirtier” than it looked in the pictures provided by them. The place was moldy and just gave off an eerie feeling, the bathroom sink paint was chipping off. The bedside had no sockets like normal hotels.
It just was not what we expected from a hotel in Japan, the room was very backdated. The place is more of a hostel than a hotel. The location is not that convenient to get around places. Would not recommend.
