This hotel is like no other we’ve stayed at on our visit to Japan, it has an old feeling like something out of a 16 th century palace but not in a tacky way.
The hotel was lovely and clean with inviting staff.
Not 5 minutes from the hotel at basement level, there is a fantastic area full of small restaurants with delicious food, and a seven eleven, so handy.
The only thing we felt was missing in my opinion was washing machine facilities.
We’d stay here again in a heart beat.

This elegant, classic style hotel is my favorite in Japan. It reminds me of a hotel in NewYork in the 1930’s.
Wonderful staff, I will stay there when I come back to Osaka.
The wonderful food court at Osaka station was fantastic.
And really good rates.

Very nice and comfortable room conveniently located within walking distance of Umeda station.

Walkable diatance to food and shopping. Once knew the undergroud pass way was very useful to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious
