The hotel a part of a giant shopping mall and railway station. Very easy to get around and lots of options for food.

Location is excellent but room is small and a bit old. Staff is nice. Value for money.

Need renovation desperately

Hotel needs renovation Have been using this hotel for a long time, but it has not changed carpet nor chair at all. It is very popular place due to easy access, but its about time for them to upgrade their room convention. Also this time, air-condition did not work and had to stay out of the room until 2 30 pm to have the room replaced

Was given a tiny room with little space for luggage even though our reservation was for a slightly larger room. When inquired about it, the front desk staff barely spoke English to probably explain the situation, offer an option, or adjust our room rate. Carpets in the room and in the hallway were heavily stained. The only bright spot was the location. The hotel was right across from the train station and surrounded by restaurants, pubs, stores and malls. Very convenient.
