Room Layout and facilities were very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Bit noisy next to the tracks

The hotel was located right next to a food alley with a lot of dining options in the evening and the hotel had buckwheat soba noodles for breakfast which are gluten free for travelers with allergies.

Was in a great location, very close to a station, endless restaurants within walking distance

Second time coming to this hotel when visiting Osaka and I will definitely come here again! Train station is nearby and many food options as well. My tv in my room wasn’t working, I had let them know and right away they moved me to a different room. The front desk was super helpful and so nice. They fixed the problem so fast and the other room was just as amazing. Love the staff here, amazing service. Thank you to the amazing staff who helped us!
