This property was great with very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. It was in the PERFECT location to explore Dotombori and do a lot of shopping. Our room was small (as expected) and had all the amenities we needed. It could use a little extra cleaning as it had scuffs on the wall and a dirty shower curtain. However, we were thankful to get checked-in early, and leave luggage after check-out so we could shop more. Thanks for the great stay!

Although the room is small but the price is cheap which you can reach eat and shopping places by 1 to 2 mins, so no complaint at all. Further, if providing a water boiler in the room, it'll will be great. Staff don’t speak English much, English reading guidelines will be helpful.

Excellent value in a prime location close to Namba station. There's a Filipino employee at check-in who is very friendly and speaks excellent English.

It was fancier than expected. The temperature for water was a little hard to adjust.

Too small

Very small for a couple staying for holiday. No space to walk with two luaggges
