We enjoyed our stay here. It has everything we needed. Onsen and suppers are great. Very clean rooms. Multilingual staff. Arigato gazaimazu.

It is very nice stay
We have a triple bed in a room but room is kind of tight. I was expecting it was bigger. It has drinks and ramen from 9-10
There is a hot spring with public and private option
Staff were very kind and professional and helpful
Breakfast was ok. Really average
Location is great next to metro and jr is 10 minutes walk
There are many Restaurants around
A very good deal supermarket next to hotel

A fun hotel to stay at with their hot spring bath. Their daily free events were a big attraction for families of all ages creating a positive vibe.

Does not feel cozy at all. The hotel is more like a factory. Busloads of foreign tourists coming all at once. The common area feels and look like a factory cafeteria. The area is not the best in town but it still feels safe with a metro station close by. So definitely not the kind of hotel that will give a memorable experience, but still a decent hotel.
