This hotel was excellent.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Clean with excellent daily service of our room.
The 24 hour gym was very good but additional cross trainer machines would have been useful.
Great location.
The breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of food.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, a very nice hotel, across the street from many high-end shopping and regular shopping. Super access to train stations. Very nice room also. The elevators take a bit more time to come but then it is a large hotel. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Near to the Osaka station and have underground to access to any shopping center.The staff are friendly and helpful.

very conveniently located. The Toyota car rental is just in the basement of the hotel.
