"Rooms are pretty small but it’s a very new hotel with modern design. Great value for the money and the location was about 10/15 walk to the Dotonbori District which was nice. The actual location wasn’t that scenic but it was next to a mall if that is useful. Great morning self serve coffee!"

"We stayed at the hotel after a late night arrival at KIX, before going on to Osaka the next day. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few minutes by train from the airport and just a few yards from the station in Izumisano. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a market, making it easy to find great places to eat and buy anything you might need for your Japan holiday. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep after our flight and felt refreshed the next morning. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and provide everything you need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms spotlessly clean. Luggage storage is available at reception and check-in/out is easy. Friendly staff on hand to help with anything you need. Overall, this was a great find and a perfect start to our Japan holiday :-)"

"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."

"The room was comfy and clean. Highlight was the bathroom shower and tub. Also, the buffet breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"The hotel is modern and well maintained. The restaurant was very good. The gym was adequate and had the best view on the 31st floor. We liked the hotel. But even with the corner room, our room felt cramped. The room layout was more aesthetic, less functional. "
