This is more like a 4.5 because overall, it was a great stay! I had to deduct some points because the room we had was a little stuffy even when we turned on the A/C. But the hotel's in a great location and the breakfast buffet was *chef's kiss* wonderful.

Nice view and central location but poor insulation against street noise - sirens and cars racing all night. Room in very average condition, reception and outside of hotel doesnt reflect state of rooms

Great Hotel. Good location for shopping and train station right next door 3rd time staying here in 9 years, next time in Osaka we will stay here again
