Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

MONday hotel is perfect for family stay. The room is spacious with a small kitchen, oven, microwave and laundry machine. Staffs are all very kind and helpful. They speak ENGLISH. This hotel also provides free shuttle to Miyama village and kinkakuji. Bus stops and Subway are not far away. They help to ship luggages. We are very happy to stay in this hotel when we came to Kyoto. Definitely will book it again next time when we come to Kyoto. A big thanks to all the staff.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful design, modern. Exceptional location. Robot delivery of amenity items was a fun novelty. Inability to provide and iron and ironing board was really disappointing for this quality of hotel.

This was an awesome find. I loved it because most of the hotels in Japan have SUPER small bathrooms and this one was large. We had 2 queen beds and they were perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. We had a TV with Netflix and we were super close to so many cool spots. It was quiet but about 10 minutes from the bustle of the city. Food options were great, room cleanliness was great, check in was very easy and check out was even easier. I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to visit. There was a table and a fridge and a good sized trash can. A washer and plenty of towels and toiletries. It was the best place that I’ve stayed at and we’ve been here for 2 weeks hopping from many different cities. Highly recommend.

"I didnt like that you had to pay for access to the pool. The food and drinks were overpriced. The hotel is very nice and checkin and checkout is very fast. Oh they also hold your bags before and after checkin."
