The location of this hotel is very convenient for anyone who needs to get around the city as it is close to a few metro stations. The staff were amazing and made it very convenient for English speakers as the entire staff was fluent. My biggest complaint would be how thin the walls were. I could hear the guests above me walk around and use their bathroom. I was also woken up several times by the neighboring guests' alarm clocks.

We really enjoyed this hotel, staff made our experience even better, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. All good things about the hotel, will definitely stay again next time visiting Osaka. Money well spent.

This hotel is probably our favourite out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in Japan for our three-week long holiday. The service is probably the highlight of it all. We also got complimentary breakfast given to us when we checked-in! We really loved that they lend reusable bottles to you during your stay to reduce plastic waste.

The washing machine was really moldy inside so we went to another place to do our laundry instead.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry about the issue you experienced this time. We wipe inside the washing machines multiple times a day when they are not used and we also use a detergent designed to clean the machines every month, but sometimes detergents for clothes go into small gaps around the lid and stuck getting solidified. We will once again revise our cleaning method to prevent this as much as possible. We hope to be able to welcome you back again next time you plan a trip to Osaka.
