The service is very poor.
Rude staff, very unaccommodating. Front desk is so tactless and doesn't even know how to smile.
Restaurant rude, asking you to leave even while you are still not finished eating.

Had an issue with my reservation which I accidentally put down as two people instead of three. However, the room I booked was clearly able to hold three people. I completely understand that we were charged for an extra person, however we got changed rooms, to what I believe was a downgrade. Towels had coffee stains and the toilet had a really strong odour.

We booked 4 person family room B and thought it was the best hotel we ever stayed in Osaka. The hotel is in great location - 3 min walk to train and subway station and shopping areas. It it clean, staffs are very helpful. What we liked the most is the sound proofing and light proofing, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel room. It is not big compare to other countries but reasonable for a family of 4. Will recommend to any family looking for a convenient location in Osaka.

Great to have a hotel with 4 single beds for each family member. The proximity to subway and Dotonbori was fantastic (2 mins).
