Very comfortable and convenient. The room was larger than most Japanese hotels (though still small by US standards). The room included a comfortable desk where I could work on my laptop. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Breakfast offerings were a bit limited, but were of good quality. My only real complaint is that the wifi was a bit slow (enough that 720p streaming video stuttered)

The hotel was close to the train station, room was very comfortable, except bed was very low,but I guess it is customized. The breakfast was superb 👌 It the best breakfast I ever have. The food was very freshly prepared, not dried stuff like other hotels in the States. I overall enjoyed my stay,staff was helpful even though they did speak English.

I liked the complimentary breakfast. I also liked how close it was to the train station. I didn't like how uncomfortable the beds were and the pillows were very flat, they only provided two pillows initially & we had to ask for two more because we were so uncomfortable. I am also not quite sure how the hotel industry works in a foreign country but I found it interesting and a little uncomfortable how the maid services came into our hotel room without us asking for our linens to be turned or folded .So just a heads up be sure to put the do not disturb sign on the door while you're away because they will come in and fold your laundry you have everywhere and fix your bed. It was a kind gesture I just don't feel comfortable with my personal clothes being touched .

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful! I’m not sensitive to background noisiness so the trains passing by was not an issue at all for me, but if someone needed absolute quiet it might be a slight issue in the early hours. The staff were helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay again.

Osaka 4 Nighter
Posted 6 Jan 2024 on HotelsClose to Osaka Station for transfers and Shinkansen. Local trains close by. Friendly check-in staff. Pillows were not great, but asked the front desk and they supplied better pillows to us. Checked in a few hours early for a small fee which we didn’t mind paying. Breakfast was just okay so we ate elsewhere. Lots of food options nearby and 7-11 is a few minutes away for shockingly great prepared food options. Trains run behind the hotel so can be noisy, but I grew up next to train tracks so it actually helped me sleep.
