good location, close to namba station and within walking distance. lots of interesting eateries around, perfect cleaniness. communual facilities including laundry machines (with fees), kids playroom and kitchen

The staff were great at the desk, and the staff who do the rooms were also very nice, a great place to stay.

The hotel's prime location in Namba District makes it a top choice for solo travelers or families. Additionally, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the facilities are modern and new.

This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price
