This facilty is years overdue for a facelift. The front doors were filthy!!! I could never recommend that anyone stay here.

Convenient location. Very noisy. Chintzy with towels. Had to turn in dirty towels to get clean towels. No cleaning service during three nights we were there. We had to pile out trash in hallway and ask for new trash bags.

Stayed on Sunday June 2, 2024 We will not stay here again. Very run down. paint was peeling in many places. The front door to the place had the lock hanging off. Our room had the deadbolt, but the lock above it was missing the plate. The elevator made an odd noise, so we used the stairs the other times. The brown recluse spider in the shower was huge. And how hard is it to take a cloth and clean smudges off the door panels going in to the main lobby..and everywhere else. Very sloppy place. The breakfast was decent, I'll give them that credit. However.. we wont be back.

Need to update this hotel also that you can become one of the best hotels at the Lake like you use to be. We use to always stay here when our children were young and it doesn’t look like you have changed much at all.

Got there at 430pm couldn't check in because the room wasn't cleaned yet came back at 830 pm they said it was cleaned but all they did was change the bedding and called it good there was grass and dirt all over the floor stuff on the table hair all over the couch. So ended up not staying there and still haven't go my refund yet
