I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean.
We will be back!

Could Not Have Asked for Better

It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints except wishing we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of the beautiful village of Ortesei. Like the village itself, the hotel is very clean, exquisitely maintained and tastefully appointed. Breakfast was excellent, and Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Worth every nickel, and I can't wait to return.

Beautiful hotel, location is good and staff is very friendly. Before staying, hotel sent several messages and explained for parking, spa and etc. It was very good service and helpful.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Perfect In Town Destination w Wonderful Staff
Posted 8 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe Classic's intown location was convenient to both lifts and public transportation. Garage parking was just around the corner. The staff were remarkable and attentive. Knowing that at the end of every day the Sauna and Indoor pool were waiting for us followed by a wonderful meal and an awesome desert, made coming back a delightful experience.
