I am truly disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I was given a room with an a/c problem and a tv that is broken! after I reported both issues shortly after checking in (talked to operator couple times and front desk ) maintenance person arrived 40mn after to check and indeed both weren't working! hour after, manager showed up started questioning me what happened with the tv?? I explained the problem numerous time that both weren't working when I turned them on when I got in the room, in fact the bellman who helped us adjusted the a/c but I was really uncomfortable so I called it in. Anyway, I felt that they were doubting me, they said tv was working with no issues (per their maintenance) after last guest, ofcourse it sounded not right to me, instead of a relaxing stay this turned out to be NIGHTMARE! being questioned many times for something I have nothing to do with is so wrong and annoying, IF THE MAINTENANCE WOULD HAVE CAME RIGHT AWAY AFTER I REPORTED ISSUES I WILL NEVER BE IN THIS STRESSFUL ANNOYING SITUATION I would never be questioned over and over and will never felt offended, unwelcome/avoided and was transferred to another hotel instead which was okay but still....I understand they are "investigating" but it sounded somewhat like I was the one to blame when they said that theres no reported issues before I checked in! They should never say such thing until "investigation" is over and finalized?? therefore guest will never feel like a suspect!

Seamless checking in and out. Clean rooms and beddings. Mall is linked to the hotel, which is its main attraction. For improvement, the Lobby can add more feature because at the moment it is bare. It just doesn't do justice to what's inside. Although quilt cover is clean, I can tell that the inside layer is old and grey, and balling in some areas (shine it through the light). This is case in some hotels, big names too. Staff needs to be trained to tell if pillows or quilts need to be replaced. I definitely will stay again.

Old hotel trying hard to look new. Room aircon was not working properly, called twice and nobody came. Room has an old carpet smell. Avoid staying here.

The only problem this visit was getting house keeping and room service….After many telephone requests….no responses. Had to go down halls and find the carts for items….Also aircon in one room not working ….Next day and multiple complaints new room assigned. But the manager did not charge and all staff encountered were very kind and professional. Have stayed multiple times for the past 4 years and highly recommend this resort….No place is perfect but they really try.

I do not know if I could say enough good things about this place. It was immaculate, quiet, the staff was attentive to every need, room service and laundry were great. Easy access to the mall, lots of place to eat, taxi out front, help with GRAB. I would come back here any time. It was pleasant from the check in to leaving...and the front desk knew my name after 1 time down!
